Listen With Others

Listen With Others is a shared listening experience. A diverse mix of artistic, alternative, and experimental pre-recorded sound-based work will be presented throughout the evening – some short, some long, and some things in between. The listening will be focused, with breaks for informal reflections and discussion. First Friday of the month. 7pm to 9pm (doors at 6.30) Ground, 60 Beverley Road, Hull. Entry £2/£1 including complimentary hot beverage.

Anna Peaker
Anna Peaker is an artist based in Leeds. Their sound work centers around experimentation with electronics and processed acoustic instruments, utilising tape machines, sampling techniques, and sound collage. They have released music with Longform Editions, Alter, Infant Tree, and Lime Lodge, and have received commissions from Reduced Listening, Café Oto Projects, and FACT Gallery. (Bandcamp link)
